Nick Adkins

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

 

Nick is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Nick studied in Ballarat, completing his Bachelor of
Exercise Science and Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2014.

Nick has a particular interest and specialisation in rehabilitating lower back injuries such as:

  • Disc bulges

  • Facet joint pain

  • Spondylolisthesis

  • Nerve pain / nerve root compression.

He also has an interest managing chronic diseases such as Type 2 Diabetes and neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

In 2021 Nick became McGill Method Certified by BackFitPro and is currently the only certified
clinician in Victoria and one of five
in Australia.
