Want to get the best out of your recovery and not only be pain free but stronger than before your injury?
The reality is most injuries do take time to recover and during this time it is common to fall out of healthy habits and other areas of our bodies start to deteriorate too, affecting your ability to recover but also your overall health.
Our rehabilitation programs are supervised exercise sessions aimed at not only rehabilitating your injury (such as an ACL reconstruction) but also keeping other areas of your body fit and strong.
No need to worry about if you’re doing your exercises correctly or when to progress, we take care of all the guess work!
After your recovery is complete, you can keep training under our care or move onto one the elite Strength Coaches and Personal Trainers at Ares Strength.
